Good day out in the elements

Had a great day of fishing despite the crazy weather (rain...snow...sleet...rain...snow...wind...) with a bud of mine. Was planning to take the boat out but with the weather I decided to fish on land and headed down to the bridge. Together we caught a ton of yellow perch but only very few keepers. I caught 3 fightsy chain pickeral on 6lb test and a couple bluegills. He managed to pull in a nice chub sucker (but my pickeral could of ate him ). Fish were active and hitting hard on crappie jigs and trout magnets. Had a lot of fun! Was going to keep the keeper yellows but didn't have enough for a meal so we let them go.
