Are the reds still biting down there?

I live in SE Virginia and we haven't had any reds to speak of that last two summers. The last couple of winters have been very cold and I have attributed their absence from my waters to that. With the mild winter we are currently having I was hoping that they'll make an appearence up here this year. How is the bite down there?

Are you speaking of Bulls or PUPs? I would have to agree on the PUPs but Plenty of large fish have been up our way!!!!
