Yellow Perch, or anything that swims!!

Hello,
Cabin Fever has set in even without the cold and snow, really wanting to get out in the next few weeks, any help would be great. Are there any yellow perch or any game fish to chase in the Rhode, South or West rivers without traveling north.

yes I have a boat I keep it on the Rhode River, Never fished the rivers always fished the bay, but this weather is a killer 60 degrees and sunshine who doesn't want to get on the water!!

Just find structure, there are a few thousand docks in all three rivers...

From my experience, skip the newer docks, hit the older ones.
