I'm sticking with DYNOMITE!! Works most of the time... :)
Hey guys. I'm pretty excited that the date for flounder fest was moved to 4/27-29 since I should be down there that weekend as well. I've already started thinking about my gear and I'll be investing in a new rod this year to go with my Stradic 3000. I plan to try fishing with really light line (8 lb braid or so) and smaller bucktails and jigs. Of course, I'll have a nice supply of flounder rigs in case they're not interested in jigs
Just thought I'd start a thread to see if anyone else was going to try new equipment or techniques for flounder this year. I can wait for the season to get going.
Oh yeah, the rod I'm buying is a St. Croix Legend Tournament Spinning Rod. Model# TBS71MF; Length 7'1"; Action: Fast; Power: Medium; Line: 6-12
