Notes for observers, Maryland Rule 16-110 forbids electronic devices to be turned on in a Courtroom. This means no recording, texting, or photos in Courtroom. Please be wise, keep good paper notes, need names and case numbers, you can copy from the docket sheet in the courthouse. We also need the result of the trial, FTA, PBJ, Not Guilty, etc. Quality audio transcripts are available very cheap, through the court system [if we need them]. Thank you.
