Michael Whittaker has me very impressed. Citations are mostly luck as far as the size of the fish but to catch the biggest in the state four years in a row.......very impressive. Hats off to you Michael Whittaker.

Yes, it will be. They were still working hard this week on getting the last of the 2011 citations mailed out. I don't think all of this years paperwork had a chance to be entered into the computer yet however they wanted to get a press release out to keep everyone updated on what has been caught so far this year. Everything should be entered by next weeks press release.
