I have a 94 Johnson 115hp outboard that has been sitting for 4 years and is not sparking. Tried all I knew to do and before I give up, does anyone know of a good Johnson outboard mechanic in the Calvert County area? I can take the boat to them but don't have a bunch of money to put into it.

I too would be interested in a good Johnson shop on the Eastern Shore somewhere. I trailer my boat so not too picky on the location. Somewhere near or around annapolis/ ches beach would be fine.

Might want to get a repair manual, might be something easy like a power pack. I try to avoid taking it in because they'll soak you...marinas around here charge 70-85.00 an hour.

Try Robert Kammar in Edgewater near Rhode River Marina. He is a retired Evenrude-Johnson Master Certified Mech. He is always looking for side work to supplement his social security. He doesn’t drive anymore so you will have to bring it to him but he is good and honest.
