F 150 Key

Lost one of my keys to my 2001 F 150. I bought another but it has to be programmed. The direction in the book says to program it I need two keys but as I said I lost one.
Is there any way to program the new key with one key?

Last time I had a key made it cost $92. $35 for the key and $57 to program from dealer.

Good news! Found my spare purchased another for 25 bucks at a hardware store and used the two originals to program the hardware store key. Followed instructions in owners manual.
Took about 3t tris.
Says i can program up to 8 keys.
