    I saw some of it. Loved his show. The fishing community lost a great fisherman.

    He died in a plane crash. he was flying and had just taken off when something happened causing his plane to crash. He was the only one on the plane. Sad Sad Sad.

    Truly missed, the tribute was good. Not to many people willing to jump in the water with fins and goggles rod in hand getting fish out of structure. He was a very talented man and I always learned something from his shows.

    The tribute show was great. It gave a small insight to the angler he was. And as good an angler as he was he was even a better person.
