There are about 17 defendants on the N.R. Docket Tomorrow. I will keep careful records of who does not show up.
J. E. Smith III, [ of shady side ] faces six  citations, [ fish posses in closed season ] unless he applies for a Delay / Continuance.

Fish viol NR = 4 defendants 9 case numbers. (6 are Smith )
Hunting Viol NR = 4 matters
Oyster [small] NR = 1 matter
Speed / pfd NR = 3 matters

This gives the actual details of what happened at trial on 4 20 2012 .
Summary : mostly small stuff, mostly rec and alcohol related.
One professional guy was found guilty 5 times. He was fined about $ 1100.00.
. another professional guy was found guilty of one count of leaving nets unattended...
