Default Blues running strong in Lynnhaven Inlet 4/26

With the weather still crappy on the bay I decided to hit the inlet to get a line wet. Got there at 1100, about an hour before high tide, and a few regulars were enjoying a nice cold one with a limit of blues to 15-16 inches. The birds were working hard on the pilot boat side, but I still managed a limit in 1.5 hrs throwing a castmaster on a light action setup. Fish were 9-14 inches. Ate the 2 biggest and cut the rest into strips for the flatties. I've caught my biggest flounder on stripped (and live) bluefish.

Threw a gulp on the bottom to try the flounder, nothing.

I'm heading out there an hour later today to do the same!
