Pretty cool. Thanks for the report.
With the weather still crappy on the bay I decided to hit the inlet to get a line wet. Got there at 1100, about an hour before high tide, and a few regulars were enjoying a nice cold one with a limit of blues to 15-16 inches. The birds were working hard on the pilot boat side, but I still managed a limit in 1.5 hrs throwing a castmaster on a light action setup. Fish were 9-14 inches. Ate the 2 biggestand cut the rest into strips for the flatties. I've caught my biggest flounder on stripped (and live) bluefish.
Threw a gulp on the bottom to try the flounder, nothing.
I'm heading out there an hour later today to do the same!

Pretty cool. Thanks for the report.
water looks very 'flounderesque'
That's what I thought, but nada.
Sweet may have to make a trip down after work this week
Those are GREAT Red Drum baits too! Looks like fun.
Live or cut bait?
