    He can "eye" anything he wants. I will believe that Omega is killing less menhaden when it actually happens. Everything is always in the future and the actual future rarely produces the results that are needed. I feel the same way about the NC announcement.

    We can certainly hope for a good outcome.

    Capt. John,
    Gansler's agenda has little to do with the Governor's. Would it have been better if Gansler had proposed higher quotas for Omega? Some folks receiving mouth-to-mouth would complain about bad breath.
