soak a cedar board in water over night, put fillets on board with butter and lemon slices, old bay seasoning to taste, bake at 325 for 25- 30 minutes when done just a little crispy on edges, throw away fillets and eat the board.

Have eaten carp...was not very good, but more for the fact that it was kinda dry and flavorless (came from fast moving water)
Tried to eat Bonita last night...always heard they were useless. I can now tell you that this is a fact...they taste like s***.

I've heard carp is fairly good if cut into small chunks and deep fried. I'd try it.
