Yeah thats a good idea. I dont mind paying a little more to a local vendor/shop/store but if you can get them at a fraction of the local price im all for it and sometimes you can. Good luck .

Furthermore, ive often seen Mr Magoo wear them on the wrong feet, i just chuckle but he never has noticed they are wrong so they must really be comfortable.

Great boots, got into them while stationed in Alaska for a couple years. They're worth trying on first as they tend to run a little big.

These are the boots you see on being worn on "deadliest catch", that's why I bought mine.

Thanx for the replies, I went to Bishop's yesterday and picked up a pair. The sizes definetly run larger.

Rob,your gonna look so cool swinging them Toads over the gunnel in them boots this summer, hope you'll still speak to a lowly Crocks wearer like me. At least your legs will only burn from the top of your boots to the bottom of your shorty shorts.

On no CCC, I have "Summer Crocs" for the boat now also. Heavy-duty Rockies for Winter, Xtra Tufs for Spring and Fall, and Crocs for the Summer. One day I will have a Center Console and be just like you, less the Eagles and Ospreys.

"Less the Eagles and Ospreys" What the heck does that mean ? now im TOTALLY clueless.
Are you accusing me of stealing fish from others that have caught them like an Eagle does an Osprey ?

The west coast long range guys wont fish in anything else. I second the support your local tackle shop but check out charkbait.com if you want to get em online. Charkbait is a great site for west coast style equipment. You can also get a shortie version of the xtra tuff boots called alaska sneakers. I have a pair of the sneakers but recommend the full boots you can just roll em down in the summertime. I go on a long range trip most years out of San Diego, very diferent fishing from our style.

My apologies Center Console Clarence, I had you confused with JSB. I thought he was the corned Spot guy, and you were the Eagle dude, but it was the other way around. Hard to keep track sometimes, SeaDoos, Center Consoles, Eagles, Corned Spot, Jet Skis, Kayaks, Drum Stew, Xtra Tufs, Hot Chick Thread, it can be very confusing at times for such a simple man as myself.
