Default Boat Stolen on KI Last Night

Fyi...My boat was stolen from a local boat storage lot on KI last night. Trailer had a lock on it and the Authorities have been notified. If your neighbor brings home a new to him 2003 Keywest 19" Sportsman with a 115 Yamaha 4 stroke on it, please let me know. Probably a good idea to check your locks on your rig.

Sorry to hear that. I can keep an eye out on the western side. Post some pictures if you have any. There are few other forums that you can post on to spread the word. I'll email you the forums.

Thanks everyone. No name on the boat, just Keywest on the sides, it was white, blue pinstripe down the sides, center console, no t-top or bimini, blue Yamaha 115, gray spot on the back of the cowling that is mismatched from the color of the engine. Load rite trailer, VA tags, white fenders with a spare.
Surveillance showed it was a Ford pickup, chrome rims, jacked up frame.
I will get some pics up later.

    Thanks for your help.

See if the bay bridge cameras picked it up going across to west side.

Great you have photos of the POS thief's truck - bet some one will recognize it.

Here is a picture of my 17" Key West Sportsman with a 115 HP Mercury. They look very similar. I hope you get her back soon.............Gary

I felt your pain. Had the same thing happen to me last year over the Memorial Day weekend. My 35 foot boat stolen on trailer out of Edgewater yard. Boat was found four days later. Taken to Glen Burnie where is was stripped of engines. Unfortunately, the cops found my engines dumped in the woods in Severna Park about 20 days later, after I had ordered new engines. Not a happy event in my life. Hope you find your boat quickly, or not at all.
