Fished Herring Point today with a strong NE wind and was skunked. I glanced at the weather forecast sat morning and it said 79 deg, sunny, and winds from the ne at 10-15mph for sunday. Try 62 deg, cloudy with a shower and winds 25-30mph. I won't make that mistake again. Took a walk out on the pier afterwards and picked up a 20" flounder on a jig with a red worm.
