A buddy is a diver who cleans boat bottoms and does zincs in slips and he cant even get in the water for several reasons to complete his jobs at certain marinas down there, its the worst ever

its sad when our own waters are the going joke....Oh I heard TF added a old school nunn as a moderator and she is cracking down with the ruler
