Default What are you paying for Necks?

Here in SOMD, I found them for 69cents/pound @ McKay's Grocery. It seemed a little high, but I bought a case anyway because I didn't want to have to hunt around for another supplier. I'm just wondering what everyone is paying so that I can be a little more thrifty next time.

What are you paying? Less than $27.60 per case?

As far as chicken goes we ONLY sell FOWL NECKS (from laying chickens that typically are not butchered until they stop laying @ 3-4 years)

Baits are tougher, bleed well in the water, come about 500 clean necks to a 40 lb box and they are long enough to cut into two or three pieces. This equates to about 1000+ baits per box. We sell them for $28.00 per 40 lb case. Buy ten cases at one time and we sell them for $24.00 per case. Plenty of fowl necks in stock including 5lb and 10 lb bags which are perfect for the crabber using traps or folks with limited freezer space.

We also carry salted eel and Razor Clams by order ONLY!!!! We can obtain any quantity you need but razor clams must be ordered to guarantee your purchase. Easy to do...just call us at 410-838-1443.

Just got chicken necks at MARS on Fort Smallwood Rd, $25.00 40#.

Cut most into 3 pieces, some into 5. I separate mine into 135 piece bags to bait my 600' lines. I put away 7 bags with 135 pieces and 2 bags of 12 full necks for the traps.
