The phantom rising trout seem to be well known. There was flying ants and a black aphid in the drift and shucks from hatched march browns. Jon got two rises on a beetle I struck out on 22 to 24 midges and ants.

hows the water flow now? it was super low before the storms last weekend which made for clumps of fish. one wrong step and no bites from the whole group.
