Red drum mania!!!

Last Night was crazy!! It started off about 730pm and was non stop till we ran out of bait about 10pm. We went 12 for 16 with 6 or 7 citations to 48" (have to look at paper work. I, like Wes ran out of tags. Had several doubles and a triple with just me and my wife aboard. A boat next to us offered us some crab but we were both worn out and I had to work today. The guys next to us, we called em in after we had 6 or 7 and they fished till 2am when the bite shut down. We were off Fishermans in about 20' of water. Started off with six lines and were reduced to two lines buy nights end. Last bite of the night, we have two rods in and I get a fish and boat it. While fighting it I get tangled in other rod and am setting on the back of the boat with the tangle in my hands with the last rod in the water, when I feel a fish bite, I tell my to grab the rod and the tangle is still in the rid, needless to stay we parted that line and were left with no rods rigged and no bait. What a way to cap off a great night of fishing. We could not get all the lines in the water or rerigged without getting a bite. Side note, when we turned on the tee top lights to fight fish the water was loaded with crabs swimming on the surface with the tide. We had our share of tangles and broke off fish. They pull like freight trains when in that strong current. WHAT A BLAST!!! Checkout the photo of my wife with the fish in her hands looking at rod going off in the tee top. Priceless!
