OBX Cobia

Well my crew and I have given the Cobia a good shot this year thus far and so far "0". We have fished out of both Hatteras and OI several days. The weather has sucked, including this past weekend. Prior to that we fished May 12-15 and saw 3, with no shots. The winds have been crappy, water clarity crappy, just does not seem to be in the cards this season. We cannot figure it out. We have been very successful the last couple season, it just seems there are not as many Cobia making the run up the coast this year. I'll be giving it another shot the weekend of June 8-10. Any intel would be appreciated. "Bonafied" is the boat name. Thanks.

I was down Hatteras Thursday in my 21' and caught one around diamond shoal tower, but it was an accident, trolling for dolphin, my first cobra, 44", sorry I can't give you any pointers. Lol
