Reply With QuoteWent today with 30 traps at Thompsons Creek. Quite surprised to find some heavy crabs there. Crabbed for 2.5 hrs and got 3/4 bushel. I would have capped the bushel if I had brought more necks. They kept pulling the necks out of the traps.
Not bad for the first trip of the season!

Crabbing Reports..lets keep it going!
Just a thought, why dont we use this as a continuous report post. Keep it simple, location (or general region), date, catch and maybe the depth you caught them in.
I would like to be first to make a report, but due to work I haven't had time to go out. Saturday will be my first report, going to try crab alley or maybe a small creek of the Chester.
