NNR coordinates???

Does anyone know the coordinates to the NNR?? (Northern Neck Reef) Or posssibly a site I can go to that has all of the local GPS coordinates of all the good fishing spots??? LOL I know I am new here and all .... no one is going to give up their favorite spots to the newbie!
