    TT - I don't hate tuna as long as it is uncooked or lightly passed over heat, but am running out of recipes. Heading out to the store for ingredients to do Tuna Tataki with ginger-soy-lime vinaigrette. Forecast right now looks like offshore will be a bit bumpy, may have to hit the Wye for crabbing this weekend.

    try some raw small chunks with cayenne pepper, chili powder, soy, ginger, tomatoes, scallions, sesame oil and seeds
