    Default Flounder 9 Jun

    Hit a good bunch of flounder near the 4th island today, all keepers to 24 inches and fat. Had to wade through pesky oyster toads and small seabass. We worked the pilings on the end of the ebb and through the incoming tide. Once we had a bite they were stacked up in a very tight area right on structure. Our drifts were only maybe two minutes long, then re position. Don't catch em all!

    Guess they were right on the pilings. We got tired of losing rigs......

    They were on the structure between the pilings. Didn't get a bite today on the pilings themselves. We lost a few rigs and even more weights. It was work to find them. We were fishing gudgeons. No strip bait or squid. The rig color didn't matter either.
