Not sure if anyone has reported this or not but another boat was stolen last week. This time it was from Knot 10 Yacht Sales at Kent Narrows, they stole a 24' Hydra-Sport last week. Here is the police report:
Victor Redden of Knot 10 Yacht Sales at Kent Narrows reported a boat recently purchased by the victim was missing. Mr. Redden stated when he noticed the boat gone he at first thought it had been picked up by the new owner, however after contacting him realized it had been stolen. The boat was last seen on the afternoon June 5th. It’s description is a 2005 Hydro Sport 24’ with a cabin & hardtop. The boat is pewter in color with a black bottom and had twin Yamaha 200HP 4 strokes engines on a dual axle trailer.
Surveillance cameras showed a 2000’s Ford extended cab short bed pick-up truck, possibly a F-250 or larger, two-tone Blue or Black over silver bottom, 4 wheel drive with chrome running boards occupied by two white males.
The description of the vehicle looks like it matches the survelliance videos of the a-holes that stole my Keywest last month. Looks like they are targeting Yamaha engines.

Posted on my FB page.
Good Lord, that turns my stomach.
Starting to sound like So FL..
Every occupant of a jail cells last words were, "I'll never get caught" These guys will have a new home sooner than later if they don't go to shock trauma first. Make sure you do everything you can to protect your belongings in this tough economy. Don't make it easy for these guys...............Gary
Every rose has it's thorns.
Seems some one should spot that truck. Any chance to post a photo of it again ?
What could be more mundane than dying of old age or of natural causes when there is death by misadventure to be pursued ? Skip
Getting caught by the Police would be better for these guys (and there must be more than one) than by a TF'er!
Pitiful.
Bad news, I hope everyone stays vigilant and catches these guys.
Checkout the offshore board. Dave Taylors boat was stolen in OC. They found it stripped near the Key Bridge. These guys aren't druggies looking for a fix, but pros with the right equipement to move a big boat and make the parts disappear fast.
SO MANY FISH, SO LITTLE TIME
Yeah there is no doubt about them knowing what they were doing on my boat. They stripped everything and did not put a scratch on my hull. Obviously someone in or has been in the marine industry that is pulling these thefts off. I am sure my Yamaha is on the back of some wooden boat cruising the rivers in China.
