1-What will he do to stop the municipal waste water pumping stations from discharging into the bay every time there is a power outage, or heavy rain?
I know that sewage treatment is a local govt. responsibility, but bay pollution IS A STATE issue.
2-What is the possibility of the introduction of the Asain oyster, sine the native oyster can't seem to resist MSX & Dermo enough for populations to rebound?
3-What can be done about the nutrients flowing down the Susquehanna River from PA & NY?
