My Stainless Steel Crab pot is ill

Get a keg of beer, call up some buddies (one that is or knows a welder) make a night or a weekend out of it and then have the welder build you a pot with nice big handles and your set. I have had mine forever and accidently forgot and left the liquid in for weeks maybe months on several occasions and had no problems what so ever.

Might find one of these at a military surplus store. I've had it at least 40 years. 3/8 alum. Been burned dry many times. Old mess hall pot. Holds 1& 1/2 bu..........George
