I didin't go out but based on history and the reports I have heard from friends the last week or so, I think they are beginning to move north. I heard reports of Jellyfish in the South and ususlaly when that happens the crabbing is short lived and they move towards more fresh waters.

Haven't had alot of rain, so the salt level is probably getting higher

Saw a few BIG jelly fish in the mid bay this morning.

I also think the big males run north with the fresh water but doesnt that mean that in mid summer there are no crabs south of the bay bridge.......and I would think that wasnt the case........or at least deeper into the headwaters / creeks?
