Default Another Awesome day with Capt Craig Paige !!

I fished with Fred from work, and my good friend Counrty on Paige II today. Headed out to the CBBT in search of Flounder. The beginning of the day started ot kind of slow and concerned. But Capt Paige kept moving around and we finally found the spot at just the right time. We had a few doubles even! Dont let anyone tell you that croaker dont work and you must use spot. WRONG. We caught some quality fish today. Country had a 8lb13oz 28" fish and one that was just under 7lbs. We ended up with a total of 13 fish. Awesome day again with Craig. As some of you remember a few years back all three of us had paper(me-7lb9oz,Fred 9lb11,Brian-9lb10oz)and 14 fish over 5lbs!! If you want to learn how to catch quality fish pull the cash out and charter the man.

You be sure and thank Craig for saving those two beauties for you, because we went with him Sunday and caught 13 as well with our biggest being 22" and around 3.5 lbs.
I think we lost one or two really nice fish though, and Craig put us on them on Sunday. He is the Flounder King!

    Congrats on the fish!

I got my first flounder citation with craig back in 2005. That guy can flat out crush the flounder. Ive chartered him a number of times and was always amazed by the bite we got on huge croaker. Congrats on a great day out with the king of the flatties

Please note my screw up. The weight was 8lb13oz not 7lb13oz.

Were you guys using live croaker or slivers of croaker on a flounder rig?

Great report. Craig is a class act. Flounder fishing is only going to get better.
