Fished last Saturday out of Deltaville. Left around 12:30. Fished at the spike with bloodworms and squid and started catching immediately but all were way too small to keep. Constant bite but everything was tiny. So we moved down river to the silos and the croaker were a bit bigger but still no keepers. Then went to the other side of the bridge at the mouth of Carters Creek but that was very slow. At the spike we did catch a two foot shark on a bottom rig with some squid which was the excitement of the day. Moving around we trolled for blues but got no knockdowns.

When we got back to the marina the guy on our dock had set a gill net outside of Broad creek and he had over two hundred large croaker in it. We sure could not find any but they all managed to swim into his net.
