    Default Wye River

Crabbed the wye yesterday with pull traps and got 3/4 of a bushel by lunch. Not too many crabs but they were huge. I had 6 or 7 over 8" and the biggest was 8 7/8". Biggest crabs I've got in a long time.

    GFY!
If you don't go, you won't know and you gotta have bait in the water!
I have terminal Crabiteis and there is no hope.

That's quite a catch using traps. You were certainly rewarded for your efforts!!

Thanks for the report, I usually crab the Wye and haven't been yet this year.
Were you near the ramp or did you take a cruise for a while. Nothing specific, just trying to see if my favorite spot will be producing yet.
