Belly strips are a great bait - next to impossible to booger up and the flatties love it! But be careful using flounder belly - it can get you in trouble if you don't do it right and the cops roll up on you. Congrats on the personal best - very nice fish!

As of matter of fact the did pull up along side us. They asked how we have done. We showed them what we had. I asked them if they wanted to come aboard. They said no. They were very professional. And yes they can check your bait and if you dont have a LEGAL carcus from the Flounder belly they can give you a ticket. Thanks for bringing it up.
