I believe the time they caught him with the hidden compartment was his second time he was busted with way more than his limit. Just the year prior was the first time he was caught . Guess he thought he could out smart em! He shouldn't have been allowed on the water !!! Maybe now he won't be.Kinda shows his arrogance and stupidity.Some are slow learners i guess.My question is , Is he the owner of the boat and did he have a fishing license ? Boat license?

I just thought of one, What do you call a couple of guys who are 5'8" and 175lbs in prison/jail ?? Tighty Whiteys.
I wonder how many"Man in the Brown Suit"s he will be able to fit in his new "Secret Compartment" if he makes it to jail , I hope they are Big Ones.
