I was getting tired of the same old thing. Most boats were either heading to the 270 line inside the Baltimore or to the Washington for the Big Eye bite. I decided to go to the PoorMans away from the boats. It ended up being a great move as we caught 11 yft all in the 50-70lb class, a few dolphin and a white marlin

Went back to the Poormans and unfortunately had a horrible thunderstorm with 40 knot winds hit us in the morning causing us to loose most of the morning bite. We also had to pick up by 1pm due to the charters other obligations. We ended the day with 1 blue marlin release estimated at about 350 lbs and 2 tuna. Not bad for what ended up being only a few hours of trolling.
A few pics attached. We have next Friday, 7-13, available if anyone is interested.

Captain,
You failed to mention that the Blue Marlun was caught DURING the thunderstorm and the 40 mph winds!!!!
Doug
Nice work!
Sweet! Way to hang in there. Dealing with a storm luke that can shake ya up! Nice job!
Yes catching a blue marlin in 40 knot winds was interesting to say the least. First time a leader is broken by bombman and we were both happy!!!!
