    Default Aluminum Prop Stick Question

I've tried several prop sticks over the last few years but I couldn't find one that was strong enough and easily attached to my rod holder (Parker 23SE). I came across this one and wondered if anyone has used it? Looks like it should work pretty well. Thanks for your thoughts.

I bought one this year and am using it. Haven't settled on where to mount it, so I've just used clamps. It is a nice unit and works well. You also have the ability to adjust the height of it with only one screw - if you ever need to. There is an adapter where you can use it out of a rod holder.
It is indeed a well built propstick.
Also picked up 2 "Rod Riggers" from Wahoo. They are priced right and very nice.

Thanks Tim. I just ordered one and the gimbal adapter for my rod holder. Appreciate the feedback.

I ordered both the prop stick and the rod holder adapter from Eastern over a month ago. Received the adapter quickly, but the prop stick was on back order and I just received it today.

I plan on crabbing this weekend and I will let you know how it does.

Just wanted to let anyone interested that the aluminum prop stick I recently purchased worked just fine with my Parker 23SE....ended up with a bushel, most coming in the first 1 1/2 of daylight.
