    Default Heading to Wachapreague

I am heading to Wachapreague for the first time. Towing my 18' parker and the wife and my 2 little guys . How has the fishing been. I am looking for some flounder, or sea bass. I would love to catch a cobia, but not a good idea with little ones onboard. Probably not the season anyway? Any suggestions. Thanks in advance for any help. Leaving tomorrow.

Check Dons Tackle's website, he usually updates a report about once a week. It sounds like the fish are near the inlet for the cooler, cleaner water. Your best bet is flounder, seabass are off the wrecks a bit further out and cobia are hard to find on the ocean side.

Thanks. I did call Don. He seemed like a nice guy. What is your favorite bait for flounder?
