We are going on Vaca in Sept and I booked a place on 46th Bayside. There will be a fishing pier on at the condo and I heard there is some good fishing bayside for pan fish etc...

The reports are mostly flounder and I was wondering what techniques are used to catch Flounder. I dont use live bait only LURES and Artificial Scents like Gulp.

Any advice for a rookie?
