Flounder Pounding with Captain Craig on Paige II 8/1

Finally the day came. I had been anticipating a flounder trip with Captain Craig for over a year, and we were not disappointed. My wife Amy and I went out for a half day and we limited out on the CBBT with live bait - caught them everywhere we went. It was my first really well executed live bait trip for flounder and boy does it work. My days of dragging strips and minners may be in jeopardy. Really liked the ride of the cat he has as well. We caught them fairly steadily up to 24". It was awesome, and we beat the storm in to boot.

I fish with Craig quite a lot but don't give up on the strips. Strips baits work just fine and well as a variety of other methods. I'm glad you had a great trip with Craig, we have had some fine trips this season as well. Check out his FB page.
