Flounder eats Flounder
Caught seven flounder yesterday, 6 keepers up to 21 1/2. All caught on live bait. Cbbt, Biggest one coughed this up after he hit the deck.

At times, I've had pretty good luck flounder fishing under feeding bluefish, especially in shallow water adjacent to deep water, like on top of the channel. They seem to follow them around sucking up the scraps, just like the trout do.

Way back when you could cut a flouder in the boat, the white belly meat in strips was the best bait.

you can still cut flounder as long as you retain the carcass so it can be measured.
