My wife , son and I went about 4 years ago.
Did not fish - diving was too good to miss. We rented a pick up truck and just rented unlimited tanks / weights. Dove day / night from shore.
You can go every where except salt dock. Due to security concerns - you must hire a dive guide.
Himilala ( sp ? ) Hooker is a cool wreck. Sits in about 80 feet but only 100 yds from shore. We dove it in day but then I came back alone around 2:00 am - no one else on it. Lots of Tarpon hang there.
If you wait about 3-4 after sunset - most night divers are done. Right at sunset - there'll often be others around.
The dive sites are marked by small bowling ball size yellow stones. Easy to miss but once you know what they look like - you'll find them. Try not to leave any thing in truck. We had no trouble but heard now / then a truck gets broken into. Common sense really not to leave things in plain sight.
Some hotels charge divers to use their docks - be sure to ask before unloading all your gear.
Did not hear of nude beach but in general - most nude beaches have folks you'd rather not see naked.
Double check about fishing in Bonaire - I know spear guns are not allowed. They will be held at airport until you leave.
When we were there - exchange rate was $5.00 US to $4.00 Bonaire - we lost 20 %. Food was high but ask locals where to shop. Our room had little kitchen - saved a few dollars cooking ourselves.
