where to fish Saturday? Piney Point?

Scrapped my nephews idea of Bay Bridge area on a Saturday in August! Looking for western shore less crowded..any reports out of Piney Point lately? Are the dead fish from a few weeks ago still around? Any input appreciated. Thanks.

I haven't fished at Piney Point in a while now, but I think the fish kill resulted from a bunch of menhaden being caught in a pound net and then dumped (i.e. not a true fish kill). I've heard good reports about bluefish at Point Lookout, but I haven't had a chance to see for myself yet. I've fished at both Piney Point and Point Lookout on Saturdays before, and the boat traffic usually isn't too bad.
