mouth is watering..... I need to join the ladies for art night lol..... gotta catch me a cobe now. thanks for the recipe brian.
It is Thursday night again, luckily I caught some fish recently so I was ready to cook the art ladies up some Cobia.
This is my first time trying this method and I must say it all tasted great.
I used my grill for it all. Here it is;
Jump on your jet ski and run to the middle of the Chesapeake Bay and catch a Cobia.
Cut up some squash, zucchini, broccoli and carrots. Have your cobia fillets ready and start boiling a pot of water for rice noodles.
Marinade lightly with stir fry seasoning, I used a Korean sweet and tangy sauce.
Put it all on a nice hot grill.
MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
Cook rice noodles and put a little marinade with it on the grill for a couple minutes.
Serve it all up a platter while it is hot, cold fish is no fun.
Unless your my cat, he had cold cobia sushi for dinner.
