    great rhetorical question. Yes, recs are responsible for their actions. When you say "can it all be traced back to comms" do you mean all commercial overfishing be traced back to comms or are you asking if some commercial overfishing should also be blamed on recs?

    Capt. Nick, the hook and line daily quota has been the same for several years. As a matter of fact they have just cut the daily hook and line quota, as well as the number of days they can fish.

    This type of thread is expected. Chesapeake Rockfish are on the verge of collapse, and all user groups are left to squabble over the crumbs.

    Paxfish: that is a bunch of CRAP ! The Striped Bass population is no where near collapse ! What information are you reading that says the Striped Bass population is on the verge of collapse ??
