Fishing 8/18 (For the Board)

Finally....Rod and I got to go fishing. Rod's post pretty much tells the story, but here are my fish for the board:

10 1/4"
11 1/4"

And....I caught my first Red Drum (bigger than Rod's)

Last night my wife and I were walking around the end of the city dock area in downtown Annapolis. A man was fishing off the bulkhead with a hand line. He had a bucket filled with small perch and 2 puppy drum. The drum were definitely not legal sized, and many of the perch were far too small to have much meat on them. I suspect he is a subsistence fisherman trying to feed his family. Putting aside any issues of legality, the fact that he could catch at least 2 puppy drum in that location with the most basic of equipment suggests they are pretty plentiful now.
