out of Solomons'

Went out this Am ~ 9:30 & saw a few boats trolling south of the PR bouy. Wife & I decided to take a change on the other side..

Nothing till 11:15 ( when the tide started moving)

Fished by the pound nets for a good 3 hours. Flies tore us up.

Oh yeah... the fish..

nice blues 20-24 inches about 15 of them.

Then when the rain started we trolled back across & saw a boat trolling by 77 so we watched & saw breaking fish & jumping fish. Picked up a few more blues but much smaller that the ones on the eastern shore & 3 nice spanish mackerels.

We quit when I realized how much fillets I will end up doing. & the macks mmmmm so good smoked.
