Someone gave a boat to my brother. Looks like the hull is in decent shape except that it needs to be painted. Needs a new deck and seats, and replace wiring and cables. The engine looks like it needs lots of work, didn't try to start it and won't until it's seen by a mechanic. We are now trying to get a reference point and to see one in original condition would let us picture what we should end up with. We couldn't find a HIN, but there is a plate in the cockpit with SN Glasspar/Larson 21805 705434 and a plate on the engine shown in the attached pic.
I'll post a pic of the boat later and we would like to get some help in IDing the boat so we can shop for repair parts. The entire uphostery needs to be redone but as teens we used to help a neighbor do this to older cars and remembered enough to do a fair job of it a few years ago with a Thompson project boat that we never finished some other things on. Plan to finish this project howevwer.
