I was in Lewes, Delaware for the storm after returning from work in Yellowstone last week. The worst of the storm hit us during the two high tides on Monday. The bay front and canal front areas in Lewes suffered from flooding during Monday's tides. Dewey Beach sustained damage from heavy flooding in low areas near Rehoboth Bay. We were fortunate that the storm did not directly hit us as it did Jersey, the images from damage up north were saddening. I hope the bay's water quality can recover quickly from this event.

Thanks for the pictures Jay. I was in Lewes Saturday pulling my boat. These pictures show me I made the right call. Really sad to see the destruction up North.

Man... Mother nature is a beast for sure! Sad to see all the damage, but I hope that everyone affected by this storm rebuilds stronger than ever!
