it is a shame . she is a nice rig . sale is just a sign of the times . with $4.00 plus diesel , ins. and other costs to fish it is hard to make ends meet .

" Topless " up for auction
Saw in Sunpaper while looking for bids in the legal section of classified.
The OC sportfishing boat " Topless " is being held by bank and offered at auction at US courthouse in Baltimore Jan. 7th at 11 am.
Sweet boat - 61 foot Garlington.
Bank might buy her back if bids are too low but chance for some one to get an awesome machine at good price.
Sad to see but no uncommon nowadays.What could be more mundane than dying of old age or of natural causes when there is death by misadventure to be pursued ? Skip

No he sold his boat this last spring back to Evans. He is running a 25 Carolina Skiff now on inshore/bayside charters. No $ in the charter biz anymore w/all the costs involved.is that captain perrys Topless out of greenbackville? man that sucks. beautiful boat. thought it was a custom 52 foot evans.
